I was surprised you didn't comment on what struck me most in terms of data - Mara saying in the past that if outsiders came "we" could stall until she got into the barn and the troubles went away. Which could just mean the old Audreys and delaying people until the meteor storm, but might also mean there was a period with Mara and the barn that preceded Howard and all that, when she (and not William?) could go in the barn and turn the troubles off. It would also imply she was working to help hide the troubles, which is...interesting. The first might be an easier explanation, but her use of "I" and "we" when she doesn't refer to Audrey or Lucy's actions as her own caught my attention.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
