Several things! First, pull Johnny off the Teagues, the way things are going. Sam and Jared can team up for one shift, and Dee and Alec can take another. Second, pull Sam off Hendrickson and reassign him to Thomas. Eve, maybe start taking Thomas with, since Howard seems to have dried up into a dead end. The chances of them hanging around any of your (plural your, stupid English) current targets are pretty high, might as well have a floating surveillance team out there just in case.
Do we need to pull some people out of the SF/PDX offices for home base support in the meantime?

ANYway, you guys. While we're discussing the import of messages, who wants to volunteer for Teagues duty? Observations aside, it looks like they're interested in talking to at least the two of us, which means we get to be the public faces and you all get to do the clandestine legwork. There's two of them, at least in theory, so who wants to volunteer for long-term surveillance?

Working on the theory that BGK is a chameleon, we have a possibility of three different shaped unsubs (abduction, ATM, Bowen) and/or at least a pair of unsubs working together. Possible that it's a cell but pathology of the most unstable member would tend to indicate at most a partnership. It's also possible that the chameleon takes on the personality along with the memories of each body it inhabits; if this is the case no profile may be sufficient to predict the unsub's movements. (Cheery thought, I know.) If it's a pair of serial killers, then we should have a dominant partner - based on his ability to hold down a job and generally pretend to be normal, I'd say that's Bowen. Weaker partner as yet unknown but presumed Troubled, both by the tattoo and by the fact that our usual methods don't quite build an accurate profile as yet. We should have a profile on James Cogan, alias the Colorado Kid, to help bolster the BGK profile by the end of this week.
See the attached surveillance photos for the recent bout of presumed Guard activity within Haven. At this time we can make no assumptions either way about a link between BGK and these acts of vandalism, but it's always possible that a closer study will yield new results. Regarding the hack job on the Herald's website, Alec says their security is rather lacking. I believe his actual words were "like taking candy from a baby, if I still did that sort of thing." (AC: They were.) Alec, get out of my email. This is the only break from the pattern of physical public places where we've seen this tag, and I think we know what that means.
